San Diego

The family gathered in San Diego for our annual get together. Our house included use of a sport yacht (which became my living quarters) and the beloved electric Duffy boat. The San Diego Zoo and La Jolla were favorite day trips.

Here's a shot of our canal at night. The resort across the canal had a fleet of Venetian style gondolas. At night the costumed gondoliers would serenade sweethearts up and down the canal.

The house we rented included use of a sport yacht -- it was a large fast cruiser. We took it out once for a party and sunset cruise around Coronado Bay.
